Can I place an order for collection?
Yes! If you're based in (or visiting) Cork, you can place an online order with us and collect it at Vibes & Scribes Craft on 3 Bridge Street. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
How do I get my free delivery?
All orders are automatically eligible for free shipping once the order has reached the necessary minimum cart value (€49.95 (Ireland only), or $145 for USA orders). At the online checkout you will be presented with both paid and free delivery options, all you need to do is select the free shipping.
How much is the delivery fee?
For Ireland: all orders are charged flat rate of €4.95.
For the UK: all orders are charged flat rate of €20.00(due to Brexit surcharges)
For the USA: all orders under 1kg are charged €6 (approx. $6.85). All orders above 1kg the fee is calculated at checkout.
COVID-19: We are very busy at the moment with lots of new online orders. We are working diligently to get orders dispatched as soon as possible, but delays can be expected and the estimated delivery time for Irish orders is now between 3-5 working days. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot amend an order once it's been placed so please ensure you have everything you need before fully checking out. Please also ensure delivery details are correct as we may not be able to change address once an order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive email updates about your order while it is still with us and once your order has been shipped it will differ depending on the destination country:
For Ireland: you can track your order on the An Post website. Please note, you will not receive a tracking code from us automatically, if you want to track your order, please email email@example.com with your order number to request tracking code.
For other countries: to keep the shipping costs down for you, all international orders under €100 or 2kg are sent unregistered, so unfortunately your order is untracked. For the registered shipments, please note you will not receive a tracking code from us automatically, if you want to track your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request tracking code.
Can I return an item and get my money back?
If you find a product or more unsuitable to your needs, given the item(s) meet the Refund and Return Conditions (see below). To return an item you will need to first submit a return request by logging into your account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. After submitting your request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.
Refund and Return Conditions:
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have an accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.
Do your prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?
Yes, all prices on this site include VAT.
Can I use an in-store voucher online?
No, in-store gift vouchers are not redeemable online, you would need to use your voucher in-store or purchase an online voucher to use on the website.
