EDITOR'S NOTES

Based on an artwork from the Liberty archive, Feather Dance is a beautifully intricate ornamental floral. Delicate paisley-style leaves and stylised daisies seem to flow in circular sweeps across a background of tiny spots.

COLLECTION

For Spring/Summer 2019, the Liberty Fabrics design studio were inspired by 17th and 19th century orangeries. The Summer House quilting collection illustrates the grand architecture of these structures – paying homage to the colourful tiled floors, intricate iron works and trellises flourishing with greenery. The collection is available in three distinct colourways, offering a tonal palette that graduates from neutral hues to vibrant citric shades.

LANSEBY COTTON

Designed specifically for quilting, our soft Lasenby cotton base is suitable for a range of creative projects, including bedspreads, cushions and cosies. It is machine washable and durable enough for daily use, with each richly coloured design created using traditional screen-printing techniques.
