Delivery Delays for Orders
Why Is This Happening?
While we aim to ship your order within 48 hours of it being placed, An Post have informed us that they are experiencing a very high volume of post at the moment, which is causing some delays after the order has been picked up from us. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. We apologise, and ask for your patience and understanding at this time. You will find your tracking code in the "Your order has now been shipped" email we sent you.

You can track your order using your unique tracking code here: https://www.anpost.com/
What Does This Mean for Your Order?
Once you have recieved your tracking code via email, and upon tracking your order at anpost.com, you still see a tracking message such as “We have received information about your incoming item from the sender” and "An Post has not received your item yet" this means your order has been shipped and collected but there is a delay on initially scanning it into the system.
Please allow a further 72 hours for your tracking history to be updated.
