I'm having trouble signing into my account

You must sign into your account before you can use your store credit or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, there are a few things worth checking:

  1. Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  2. If you can't remember your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

If your issue isn't password-related, here are a few things you may want to check:

  • Make sure that the 'Block all cookies' function is disabled in your browser's settings.
  • Check that Javascript is enabled in your browser's settings.
  • Make sure that you don't have any content blockers installed.
  • Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you may not be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.

If, after this, you still can't sign in, contact our Customer Care Team and give them as much detail as you can about the issue, including screen shots of any error message you receive and what you've done so far to try to resolve the issue at hand.

I'm having trouble accessing your website. What should I do?

1. Delete your cookies

You may need to delete your cookies. A cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us (for more information about cookies, click here).

Please note that if you have added items to your cart while not logged in, you'll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history.

On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Settings', 'Tools' or 'History'.

2. Restart your browser

Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.

3. Try a different device

If you're having problems using a mobile or tablet, try using a computer or visa versa.

4. Update your operating system

We also suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, Mac OSX etc.

5. Contact Us

If you're still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team with the following information:

  • As much detail as you can about the issue
  • Screenshots of any error messages you receive
  • Which web browser you're using (e.g. Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.)
  • What you've done so far to try to resolve the issue

How do I change the currency on your website?

You can choose to pay in Euro, British Pound and US Dollar.

Shopping on our desktop site? Just click on the flag in the top right corner of the page to change currency.

Shopping on our mobile site? You'll find the currency flag in the accordian menu on the top left hand corner.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

You can change the details on your account at any time in Account. To make changes to your password, email address, delivery address or payment method, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

To change your email address, phone number, name or password go to Account Settings.

  • Password - When you want to change your password, you'll be asked to enter your old password and your new password. Make sure the new password you're entering is at least 8 characters long.
  • Email address - Click 'My Details' and enter the email address you'd like to be contacted on.

2. To change your delivery address go to Addresses.

Either 'Edit', 'Delete' or 'Add New Address'.

Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you've already placed.

It's worth checking your account every once in a while, just to make sure we have the right details for you.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account couldn't be easier, please follow the below steps:

Click here to create an account and you'll be asked to fill out your contact information and password.

You can also click the 'sign in' icon on the header of our website and follow the 'Create a New Account' button.

Once you've entered all of your information, click 'Create Account' and you're ready to shop.

I'd like to delete my account with Vibes & Scribes, what should I do?

We're sorry to see you go!

Remember, your Vibes & Scribes account is free to have and enables you to shop all of our available products on site. Your account also lets you take advantage of our exclusive discounts and promos!

There's one simple step you will need to follow to complete your account deletion… and that’s it!

Please email our customer care team with the following:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your name

What happens if I change my mind?

Sadly, once you have erased your account with us we won’t be able to reverse it for you - however, you are able register again with the same email address!

I need a break - how can I unsubscribe from Vibes & Scribes newsletters?

If you feel like you need a little Vibes & Scribes break, you could try unsubscribing from our emails.

You can do this in two ways:

Clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails.

How do I find a brand on your website?

Shop by brand in the main mega dropdown menu, the footer of the home page or here.

Once in a category, you can also fiter by brand using our filter menu on the left hand side of your screen.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No you don't, you can also check out as a guest - but it's simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your account.

1. Head over to our sign in page by clicking here or it can be found in the right hand corner of the screen.

2. Click the Forgot your password? link and enter your email address.

3. We'll then email you a link directly to your registered email address to reset your password.

Having trouble finding the email?

We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you can’t find the email. Make sure to also check the inbox of any other email address that may be linked to your account.
