Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no questions asked. This is sometimes called the "cooling-off period."
How to withdraw
Simply use our online withdrawal form below. You don't need to log in or call us — just fill in your details and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation straight away.
What happens next
Once you've submitted your withdrawal request:
- Return your item(s) to us within 14 days of your request
- We'll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back
- Refunds are made to your original payment method

A few things to note
- Items should be returned in the same condition you received them
- You're responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent
