Description

Showing off in warm, autumnaltones, this silky smooth chiffon flaunts a beautiful, effortless drape. Thin and of a featherweight, it’s dyed facing teases a fabulous geometric and African-inspired pattern; its crisp hand and very sheer construction, made possible by tightly twisted crepe yarns. Drape full silhouettes—avoiding those tight-fitted—such as simple bias-cut garments, bountiful blouses, maxi dresses, lavish cover-ups, scarves, and more. Without stretch, it’s best to include extra wearing ease in your designs, too. Gather garments, introduce a built-in slip, or prepare a (separate) lining made from an opaque material for true opacity. To help prevent the fine yarns from unraveling, give french seams a try, or opt to finish straight seams with zig-zag stitches or pinking shears.

Prices and quantity shown are per half metre. Include 2 in the box to buy a metre.
