The Journey to Hogwarts Crochet Along by Sirdar is an essential collective experience for Harry Potter fans worldwide and a celebration of the story known and loved by many.

Follow along in six weekly instalments to create your very own officially licensed Harry Potter crochet blanket. Whether you’re an experienced crocheter or a newer maker looking for an exciting crochet challenge, designer Lindsey @lottieandalbert will be with you every step of the journey with weekly video guides and written instructions.

The Journey to Hogwarts Crochet Along by Sirdar takes you on Harry’s initial discovery of a magical universe. After learning on his eleventh birthday that he is a wizard, Harry is quickly swept up in the spellbinding world of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The blanket features many iconic references to depict that journey, from Harry’s famous lightning bolt scar and glasses, his owl Hedwig, Platform 9 ¾ and the Hogwarts Express to the Hogwarts castle at night, the Sorting Hat and the Hogwarts school crest as the centrepiece. Learning interesting techniques and stitches as you go, you’ll create a magnificent Harry Potter crochet blanket that is sure to become an heirloom to share with friends and family.
