A simple slip dress to wear under dresses that are a little sheer. It can also be a nightdress. We designed this slip dress as lots of our Indian handlooms are semi sheer so this gives you an extra bit of coverage. 

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.

Skill level: Intermediate

Fabric suggestions: Lightweight wovens such as cotton lawn or voile, cotton poplin, tencel, Indian handlooms, cotton double gauze. Don't go for anything too thick if wearing it as a slip. 

You will also need: 

• Matching thread.
• 12-17cm Seam tape.
