Marking 100 years of public broadcasting in Ireland, Sounding Ireland: Radio and the Making of Us celebrates the voices, stories and memories that RTÉ Radio has brought into Irish homes for a century.

From its first transmission in 1926 to its place today as a trusted national voice, Clíodhna Ní Anluain, longtime RTÉ producer of Sunday Miscellany and Book on One, traces how Irish radio recorded the country's cultural, political and sporting life, nurtured creative talent and brought the nation together in moments that shaped generations.
