Loose and airy, fanciful and so easy to wear in hot weather – both the dress and the shorter blouse are great for summer fun. Make a bow with the tie bands of the dress in front or in back. Frills at the edges of the armholes not only look pretty but will protect sensitive shoulders from the sun.
