Kalynn Bayron
Kalynn Bayron is a New York Times bestselling author of young adult fantasy known for her bold, inclusive retellings and original stories that centre Black and LGBTQ+ protagonists. She is the author of Cinderella Is Dead, the This Poison Heart duology, the Vanquishers middle grade series, and the YA horror novel You're Not Supposed to Die Tonight. She is a CILIP Carnegie Medal nominee and the recipient of the 2022 Randall Keenan Award for Black LGBTQ fiction. A classically trained vocalist and musical theatre enthusiast, she lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
